Your order is important to us. All orders are given prompt attention, no matter how large or small. All stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Fridays afternoon, or on the weekends will start processing as of Monday. We ship by USPS:

Shipping via  Priority Mail® International (6-10 average business day) is a flat rate of $19.99 anywhere world except for CANADA where it is a flat rate $12.99.

Shipping Via First Class Mail International (6 to 12 average Business days) is a flat rate of $12.99 anywhere world except for CANADA where it is a flat rate $8.29.

Our Return Policy

We try to keep our prices as low as possible. Due to return abuses, we have revised our Return Policy.

Condition of Items

We accept returns only on items that are in new and in unused condition with the store tag.  Tichels or delicate items however, do not require a tag, we leave the tag off to avoid tearing while taking the tag off the item.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not refundable. Sale items are not returnable.

Restocking Fee

If you are returning your entire order, there is a $3.00 restocking fee.
