Would You Wear One of THESE On Your Head?

Taste in clothing and accessories can vary wildly. I knew a girl in high school who used to wear a stretchy, glittery, long pink skirt with a brown and green and orange floral t-shirt. And I saw a guy yesterday who had on one of those urban kilts – definitely not the mainstream! When it comes to clothing, most people have some sort of limit in their daring side. I recently put my googling skills to the test, and came up with the following…um…unusual headwear. Would you wear any of these on your head?
- Hair Sculpture – can you do the ‘do?
- Apparently, people wear things like this at the Kentucky Derby.
- Marie Antoinette could pull off wearing a ship on top of her wig, but can you?
- I once saw a mailman wearing a pith helmet, although I don’t think his had a built-in air conditioner.
- Eat it or wear it? I don’t know how long this would last in the sun, but I bet chocolate hats taste as good as chocolate bars!

Chocolate hats? Really? All I can think is what an icky, sticky mess that would make. Not to mention that creepy feeling when things start running down your head inside your hair. Now eating a chocolate hat – that I might do! LOL
I think the chocolate would be really sticky and might attrack bugs:)

I think it would be fun to wear a derby hat. I’m not a real girly girl so it would be neat to do something out of the norm.
I don’t think I would have the nerve to wear any of the headwear posted. But, I give people a lot credit for being so creative.
Can you wear the giant hats to the Preakness at Pimlico too?
Our mailman often wears a pith helmet when it’s hot – but I”m not sure it would be a good look for me. I’d take one of the chocolate hats though – yum!!

No way. Sorry, I would not wear any of those. Although the bag on the head does have some appeal on certain days…
The ship hat/wig is totally hilarious! The hair piece is a little scary though. I think if I had to choose one, I could totally make the derby hate work!
Don’t think so. Maybe the safari hat, but the rest are a bit out of my league.
Im not sure if too many would wear those hats, But the Chocolate one looks delish
i don’t think i can wear that because i’m not adventurous when it comes to that. i just leave it to those who can carry it.
I would definitely wear a chocolate hat! I’ve even seen chocolate fashions… from hats to skirts to elegant & outlandish gowns!! …then I’d nibble @ it

Anything goes! Though, I don’t think the chocolate hat will ever get to my head. I’ll probably eat it first!
ah that chocolate hat looks devine…however, being a true chocoholic it would never make it on my head. I would place it on a beautiful serving platter and devour it…lol
. The solar powered pith helmet could come handy for a stroll in the hot sun, you certainly would turn alot of heads,but then again you would be the cool one

I could wear the kentucky Derby hat, if I had somewhere really fancy to go, but I think thats my limit, I agree with others, the chocolate hat would be a mess!
Um, I don’t think I would use any of them…the chocolate one would either melt or not last (as I would eat it), the solar powered one would be the only one I may wear due to it may help power all my tech gadgets I love using all the time.

I could never pull off wearing any of them! They are definitely quite unique, but I prefer to stick to more traditional hair coverings.
actually, the hair sculpture is very me… I’ve done similar for Purim. & come to think of it, I’m even outlandish enough to go for the Kentucky derby look as well. I have no problem being a head turner
I’d so go with the solar hat so long as she’s equipped with AC. Otherwise, I LOVED the Kentucky Derby. I can c how they’d look elegant in accepted circumstances. This is such fun!

I saw some guys at the bowling alley yesterday that looked like blocks built on top of each other. I dared my husband to ask them why but he didn’t do it. Sad.

I love hats and have the right face to wear them. When I lived in NYC I wore them alot but here in the burbs not to many ppl do. The solar powered one seems very interesting

Just went to your site and love your various caps. I wear baseball caps at the beach club or watching my son at sports and you have the best caps – the practicality of baseball caps BUT stylish at same time!

I think the hair sculpture looks like a costume from Lion King on Broadway. My head is too small for Kentucky Derby hats but some of them can be pretty. The idea of the chocolate hat grosses me out.

The hair sculpture is really cool. I used to be a little into punk back in the 80s, so I always find it interesting the things people do with hair. I think these I see now with blue mohawks just look soo cute. Not sure that’s what they want to hear.
I love some of the hats at the Kentucky Derby. I love hats. Now the chocolate hat… it sounds yummy but I couldn’t see where you could wear it.

I recently saw a woman who was quite tall with kool-aid red hair that that had a dark blue streak through the front. Now that was original! Reminds me of snow cones I grew up eating, LOL!
